Fees

The registration is done with a web-based registration form and online payment on our secure website. Fees are as follow:

* USD is approximately 30 NTD.
** If an author has more than one paper to present, he/she must have a full registration and pays NT$ 2500 (about US$ 84) for each additional paper. Besides, the conference proceeding, welcome reception and conference banquet are not included in extra paper registration. Please contact conference secretariat for further registration process.

The full registration fee includes:

  1. Access to all sessions of the 5ACEE and special forum
  2. Oral presentation of up to two papers at the 5ACEE
  3. The conference proceedings on a USB flash memory
  4. Coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference
  5. All social networking events:
    • Welcome reception (October 16)
    • Conference banquet (October 17)

Student registration fees include the same services as the full registration. A valid student ID is required at the time of registration.

The full paper submission of an accepted abstract requires payment of the registration fee of at least one author, i.e. not later than August 15, 2014. A registered participant may be a co-author in several papers, but each participant may present up to two papers at the conference.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the conference secretariat. The following conditions will be applied:

  • Before September 30, 2014: a 50% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee
  • After October 1, 2014: no refund
  • Reimbursement will be processed after the conference only
